Hi! We are Cassandra and Yvonne and we have been working in the HR environment for more than 20 years. In our latest job positions we have the change to make a true impact to our organizations and people. We truly know the challenges that especially small HR departments are facing.
After working in many companies, like Personio, YFood, Talentry, New Flag and consulting further start-ups we realized, that we are all facing the same challenges. Mostly alone or in small teams with very limited resources. Let´s changes this together.
