7:15 PM – Zooming into the People Journey

Zooming into how AI can enhance various stages of the people journey, from sourcing, recruitment to employee engagement and beyond. Sharing best practices cases and their innovative approaches.

Andreas Oetker (CEO, TalentTree) and David Baus (Co-Founder, JUSTROCKET) will share insights how they are leveraging AI already today in their day to day:

• Recruiting: Andi will share how to setup the whole end-to-end recruiting process in less than one hour. 
• Retention: David will share how he builds real connections with the help of AI.

7:45 PM – Panel and Q&A

Engage with our panel of experts as they share their favorite AI tools, tips to get started, and strategies for enabling the workforce. Audience-driven Q&A session to address your burning questions about AI in the workplace.

8:15 PM – Networking, Food & Drinks
